Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will issue a full refund ( to the method to which you paid) for any item that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. ALL items must be accompanied with the original receipt and in a saleable condition.
Please be aware we CANNOT issue a credit or refund for any products which have been opened or used.
The sender is responsible for the return postage and any costs associated with this, and we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Once an order has been posted ( via Royal Mail , standard or signed for ) Warwickshire Lavender Farm can not be held responsible for non delivery or delayed delivery due to issues with Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be available if required.
For any refund please contact customer service via email, stating your order number at: warwickshirelf@gmail.com and we will try and resolve any matter as soon as possible.

Warwickshire Lavender Farm started out in 2016, as a dream hobby for retirement, to provide a beautiful environment and to give Ian’s 3 bee hive residents some lovely foraging, to produce the much sought-after lavender honey, and to create a beautiful, relaxing space for our visitors’ health and wellbeing.
We hope you enjoy visiting online or in person our beautiful little farm and charity cafe, that is on an ever-improving journey.

THE FIELD is NOW CLOSED until June 21st 2024 ,
The LAVENDER CAFE is NOW OPEN every SATURDAY 10am to 2pm ! it provides delicious hot and cold drinks and cake until it runs out!! ( sorry we do not provide lunches or sandwiches)
All products in the on-line shop can also be purchased in the cafe, where you can smell the wonderful aromas.
